BOOKING CONDITIONS - KEEP FOR YOUR REFERENCE

The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.

CANCELLATION - in the event of cancellations, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE - the accommodation will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

NUMBERS - the number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Park Gate Cottage. No other persons are allowed in the accommodation without written approval from Park Gate Cottages

GROUPS - we do not normally accept groups where the majority is under 21 years (a group being 5 or more people).

CLEANING, DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES - the accommodation should be left clean and in the same good condition as it was found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

PETS – Dogs are allowed apart from in The Stables. Cost is £20 per dog per week. Other animals may be allowed but must be checked prior to booking.

In the unlikely event of the accommodation being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, ie fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of the accommodation and amenities is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
